COORDINATION AND SUPPORT OF EMPLOYEES ADAPTATION TO NEW TEAM
Amur-Point coordinator is assigned to each provided employee (manager, engineer or blue collar) who consults the employee on a permanent basis from mobilization till the very end of the project. This allows receiving feedback and prevents possible problems between Client and employee.

Cooperation with Amur-Point results in absence of manpower loss at all stages of Client’s projects.

TRAININGS AND PERSONAL MOBILIZATION SERVICE
We provide seminars and trainings for project personnel concerning teambuilding, job search.
Manage additional trainings for the personnel at the Client’s request.

Coordinate staff movement up to their work place and back home.
Arrange avia, railway, ferry tickets purchase and taxi.
Arrange personnel accommodation at transit points on candidates’ way to rotation and back.

TRANSLATION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
Amur-Point provides oil-and-gas companies with services for translation of different documentation: technical, tender, financial, legal, construction and other documents.
