In 2017, Amur-Point concluded contracts with a number of key contractors for the construction of Amur GPP.

Amur Gas Processing Plant will be located in the Far Eastern Federal District, Svobodnensky District in Amur Oblast.

This project will become one of the largest gas processing plant in the world and the largest gas processing plant in Russia.

Plant design capacity will make up to 42 billion cubic meters. The Amur GPP will also comprise the largest helium gas production unit in the world — up to 60 billion cubic meters per year.

The plant will also become the important link in the gas supply chain to China via “The Power of Siberia” gas pipeline.

Construction of Amur GPP began in October 2015. The construction is scheduled to be completed by 2025.
