The scope was to recruit and supply construction personnel (engineering, support and labor) to execute EPC stage of the GBS construction project for Berkut offshore oil rig.
Berkut rig is a part of Sakhalin-1 project development oil and gas production on Arkutun-Dagi field, situated 25 km far from coastline on the North-East of Sakhalin Island.
