The scope was to recruit and supply operation and support personnel for Sakhalin-2 offshore operation project.
Sakhalin-2 is one of the biggest oil and gas projects in the world. During the project realization there were three oil rigs, OPF plant, Oil Export Terminal and LNG plant appeared.
