The scope was to recruit and supply construction personnel (engineering, support and labor) to execute EPC stage of both the oil terminal construction project (including tanks construction) and pipeline construction project. Engineering support was also provided for operation stage.

At the pipeline and oil terminal construction project Amur-Point has provided headhunting for the following areas: HSE, environmental control, quality control, planning and cost control, construction, translators and designers.
For the whole project Amur-Point search and supply personnel in construction sphere, land and coast survey, metrology, administrative personnel, design, project management, Electrical and Instrument, QC, HSE, logistics.
