Urgent Vacancy: Food Service Manager (Camp Management and Catering) – Rotation in Baghdad

We are seeking a highly qualified candidates for a Food Service Manager role in Iraq.
Employer: Camp Management, Life Support, and Catering company, specializing in high-volume institutional food service.

The Role:
FSM will be responsible for operations in US Embassy compound, serving up to 7,000 meals daily.

Key Requirements & Experience:
- Ex-KBR experience is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience in high-volume catering within Embassy environments, or similar.
- 10+ years of experience in institutional food service.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Food & Beverage Management, or Hospitality.
- Knowledge of FDA standards, Codex Alimentarius, and HACCP.

Work Schedule:
Rotational schedule: 22 weeks on, 3 weeks leave. Work is 60 hours per week (10 hours/day).
